Why do you serve as a CIP? I am always wanting to learn and grow so I can share my knowledge with others.

Why is it important? I want to gain tools so I can benefit and share this with others. As I work with others, we can develop new ways to help others.

What is one personal goal? To develop a sense of group environments/atmospheres to share my story- lived experience at the “right” time in a professional way. Gain tools.

What is your number one goal for systems change? As goals get developed, spread awareness with others and implement the process as well as track it to see progress.
